1. Scope & Revisions to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Local AI, Inc. (“Reelbee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and describes how we collect, use, and disclose information in connection with the Reelbee mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

We may revise this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.

2. Information We Collect

Automatically Collected Information

• Device and usage information — device model, OS version, language, time zone, IP address, app version, crash reports, and aggregate engagement metrics (sessions, screens viewed, features used).
• Location information — coarse location derived from IP address. Precise location is only collected with your explicit permission.
• Identifiers — install identifiers and, where you allow it, Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).

Information You Provide to Us

• Account information — when you sign in via Apple, we receive a stable user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address.
• Subscription information — we receive purchase receipts and transaction identifiers from Apple to grant entitlements. We do not see or store your payment card details.
• Communications — messages you send to hello@reelbeeapp.com or other support channels.
• Posted content — feedback, reactions, and any content you voluntarily submit in-app.

Information Obtained from Third Parties

We receive limited information from Apple (subscription status, refunds, renewals) and from analytics or attribution partners that help us understand how the Services are used.

3. Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies

Our website uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies. Our mobile apps use SDKs for crash reporting and analytics. You can opt out of advertising personalization via your device settings or industry tools such as optout.aboutads.info and networkadvertising.org.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, develop, and improve the Services — including personalizing your feed and remembering your preferences.
• Advertising customization — we may allow advertising partners to deliver relevant ads. You can limit this in your device settings.
• Internal research — to understand usage patterns and improve product quality.
• Security and legal obligations — to detect abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with applicable law.

5. How We Disclose Your Information

We share information with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics, customer support), with Apple to operate subscriptions, with law enforcement when required by valid legal process, and in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing privacy@reelbeeapp.com or by deleting your account directly through your in-app settings.
• Manage notification, location, and tracking permissions from your device settings.
• Manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID account settings.

7. Links to Other Sites

The Services may contain links to third-party sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.

8. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

9. Children’s Privacy

Reelbee is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit to us.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

12. Notice to California Residents

California “Shine the Light” Rights

California residents may request a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct-marketing purposes during the prior calendar year.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect about them, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. To submit a request, email privacy@reelbeeapp.com.
